CovrdByFaith accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for a full refund. Returns that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may be denied or issued a partial refund at the sole discretion of CovrdByFaith, depending on the condition of the item.

 

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective or an error occurred on our part.

 

CovrdByFaith reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
